Rediscover Business Programme
To promote green business as part of the regeneration of Ballymun, the Rediscovery Centre is working with local businesses to improve environmental performance in line with business development.
The aim of Rediscover Business is to allow businesses to compete successfully in the open market while contributing to environmental sustainability. This programme assists businesses to both reduce their environmental impact and save money.
Rediscover Business has developed a simple software programme to facilitate the implementation of an environmental management system (EMS) specific to organisational needs. The software enables small and medium size businesses to address their environmental impacts using the same auditing methodology as the internationally recognised EMS standard ISO14001, adapted to a simplified and user friendly template.
