The Circular Economy Innovation Grant Scheme is back!
Today, the Minister of State at the Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications, with responsibility for the Circular Economy and Communications, Ossian Smyth, announced a call for applications for the 2022 funding round of the Circular Economy Innovation Grant Scheme (CEIGS).
After a successful round of innovation funding in 2021, the return of CEIGS supports pioneering Irish circular economy projects.
With social enterprises and voluntary and community-based organisations encouraged to apply, this funding scheme supports projects aiming to advance the Circular Economy in Ireland.
Applications for funding could focus on the thematic areas which relate to priorities for the circular economy in Ireland, namely:
