Rediscovery Centre Education provides a variety of exciting and interactive workshops that are based on hands-on enquiry and experiential learning. Our programme of education workshops ranges from environmental subjects such as waste, energy, global citizenship, and biodiversity to science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). Each workshop features a presentation, a range of activities, games, and a feedback session to encourage the students to reflect on what they have learned throughout the workshop. Workshops are offered nationally and can either be delivered in our innovative education centre in Ballymun, directly in your school, or virtually online.
Our programme of online, onsite, and outreach workshops include 90 minute, ½ day and full day workshops across a range of topics and are tailored for each group. We provide hands-on workshops for primary schools, secondary schools, and third-level institutions as well as libraries, additional needs group, youth and community groups, and language schools. All Rediscovery Centre educators are highly experienced in the delivery of education workshops, Garda vetted and trained in child protection. We cater for school tours and can facilitate up to 60 students at a time.
We also provide activities as part of a summer camp or festival programme.

Rediscovery Centre Education also provides virtual workshops that are delivered through the Zoom app, for a live interactive educational experience. The workshops include a talk on the topic, group discussions, and games, hands-on activities and investigations, resulting in an engaging experience for the participants.
The Rediscovery Centre is delighted to announce the launch of our STEM and Sustainability project. This exciting, new project includes the delivery of FREE education workshops, programmes, and teacher CPD to qualifying primary and secondary schools.
