The Rediscovery Centre provides a variety of exciting and interactive workshops that are linked to the secondary level curriculum through a range of subjects including Science, Geography, Maths, CSPE, ESS and Art, Craft & Design. These workshops can be delivered online and later in the year at our centre, the Boiler House Ballymun or in your own classroom. Each workshop features a presentation, a range of interactive activities and ends with a feedback session to encourage the students to share what they have learned throughout the workshop. We can facilitate a maximum of 30 students per workshop. The workshops are suitable for 1st Year to Transition Year.
The virtual workshops will be delivered through the Zoom app, for a live interactive educational experience. The workshops include a talk on the topic, group discussions and games, hands-on activities and investigations, resulting in an engaging experience for the participants.
