Workshops for libraries and community groups

The Rediscovery Centre provides a variety of exciting and interactive workshops can be delivered in libraries and for community groups. Our workshops can be either tailored for a local group or as an open public session.

Our range of workshops for primary and second level are linked to the national curricula and include topics on science, biodiversity, engineering, maths and art. Our educators are trained in the delivery of environmental education and are Garda vetted. The Rediscovery Centre is an accredited Discover Centre under the Discover Primary Science and Maths programme (www.primary-science.ie).

We offer specialised workshops for national STEM and environmental awareness weeks and events e.g. Science Week, Heritage Week, Bike Week, Biodiversity Week, Maths Week, Engineers Week and Waste Reuse Month etc.

We also deliver themed arts and crafts workshops on a seasonal basis, such as. Easter, Halloween, and Christmas.
