Workshops for libraries and community groups

The Rediscovery Centre provides a variety of exciting and interactive workshops that are linked to the primary and second level curriculum and which can be delivered online and in your libraries. Our educators are trained in the delivery of environmental education and are Garda vetted. The Rediscovery Centre is an accredited Discover Centre under the Discover Primary Science and Maths programme (

Virtual workshops

The virtual workshops will be delivered through the Zoom app, for a live interactive  educational experience. The workshops include a talk on the topic, group discussions and games, hands-on activities and investigations, resulting in an engaging experience for the participants. Outline of Onsite and Classroom Workshops:

We offer specialised workshops for national STEM and environmental awareness weeks and events e.g. Science Week, Heritage Week, Bike Week, Biodiversity Week, Maths Week, Engineers Week and Waste Reuse Month etc.

We also deliver themed arts and crafts workshops on a seasonal basis, such as. Easter, Halloween, and Christmas.
