Rediscover Paint

Rediscover paint collects paint from the public via contacts with recycling centres and reuses it through a community membership programme. The aim of the programme is to divert paint from disposal/incineration and provide affordable paint for reuse to local residents and community organizations

What sort of paint do Rediscover Paint stock for members?

Rediscover Paint only stocks non-hazardous, water based paints in plastic containers for reuse. This generally includes; Emulsions, Undercoats, Masonry paints & Exterior paints

Collecting Paint

Rediscover Paint is run as a membership scheme, so to collect paint simply join as a member and then you can collect paint on a regular basis. See below.

Become a Rediscover Paint Member

Simply complete the Paint Membership Application Form and send your completed membership form plus a cheque (payable to Rediscovery Centre Ltd) to: The Rediscovery Centre, The Boiler House, Ballymun Rd, Dublin 9, D09HK58

Alternatively, you can call into us at our centre to submit a completed membership form and your cash, visa or cheque payment;
Once you are a member you will be able to collect paint from us for reuse.

Ways to Reuse Paint

Usually we have a range of different colours in our paint store, which are especially good for schools, community groups and youth projects. The types and colours of paint vary all the time.
