Join the FREE ‘Stop Food Waste Tours’ at the Rediscovery Centre, a Circular Economy Showcase of innovative and practical ways to put a stop to food waste through how we grow, buy and use food.
Starting at the Centre’s kitchen garden and finishing in the café, this tour will present innovative food and drink products made from rescued surplus ingredients, new digital tools for food redistribution, training for chefs, food waste recipes for the home, and a vision for a sustainable food future. It will provide you with the knowledge and tools to put an end to food waste at work and in the home.
Running from the 28th of March to the 9th of April 11am – 12pm Mon – Sat. Start here to stop food waste.
