On the 7th of May the Rediscovery Centre and the Environmental Protection Agency hosted a webinar on the European Commission’s recently released Circular Economy Action Plan (CEAP). The webinar ‘The EC’s Circular Economy Action Plan – Moving Forward’ commenced with an introduction by Mary Frances Rochford (EPA), a short summary of the CEAP by Laura Niessen (Rediscovery Centre) and a discussion with guest experts about the CEAP’s impacts in Ireland and across the EU:
– Philip Nugent (Assistant Secretary, Department of Communications, Climate Action and Environment)
– Ladeja Godina Košir (Founder and Executive Director of Circular Change)
– Cillian Lohan (Member of the European Economic and Social Committee and CEO of the Green Economy Foundation).
