LET’S TALK SCIENCE IS BACK AND BETTER THAN EVER!

We are beyond excited to welcome you back to our annual Let’s Talk Science festival! This all-day event will be hosted at the Rediscovery Centre on Saturday the 11th of November.

Get ready for this year’s theme: Exploring the Wonderful World of Science! Here, families and kids of all ages can unleash their inner mad scientists as there will be a variety of engaging, innovative and hands-on STEM activities.

When? Saturday, 11th November 2023.
What? A family-friendly event featuring dynamic workshops, interactive exhibition stands, captivating demonstrations, hands-on experiments, and the latest in technology, engineering, and mathematics.

We will be hosting a wide variety of FREE exhibitions! Exhibitors this year include:
– National Aquarium/Marine Institute
– Clean Coasts
– Biodiversity Ireland (NBDCI)
– iCRAG (Irish Centre for Research in Applied Geosciences)
– Local Authority Water Programme (LAWPRO) and
Water Framework Directive Office of DCC
– An Taisce
– The Geological Society
– Airfield
