Grand Final of Relove Fashion
Thank you to everyone for coming to the Relove Fashion Grand Final last week, and congratulations to all participants, finalists and winners!
Out of 20 finalists in our sustainable fashion competition, the judges had the difficult job of whittling it down to 6 winners to be chosen for the following categories: Best Casual, Best Evening, Best Tailoring, Best Research, Most Innovative, and Overall Winner.
Best Casual: Eilish Breheny, Our Lady’s Bower Athlone, Westmeath County Council
Best Evening: Eimear Smylie, Our Lady’s School Terenure, South Dublin County Council
Best Tailoring: Chantel Higgins, Cnoc Mhuire Granard, Longford County Council
Best Research: Nicole Skujina, Zohra Hirezl, Darragh Maguire, Ardscoil Phadraig Granard, Longford County Council
Most Innovative: Molly McMahon and Reine Campion, Loreto College, St Stephen’s Green, Dublin City Council
Overall Winner: Beatrice Fortuna, Loreto Bray, Wicklow County Council
We were absolutely blown away by the hard work put into outfits, the skills that have been learnt for the competition, and the enormously high quality of the work submitted. Everyone who participated has made a wonderful contribution to sustainable fashion.
