Spring Seed Swap

The Rediscovery Centre would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our annual Seed Swap on the 6th of April! 

A big shoutout to Global Action Plan, Glas Community Garden, Seed Savers Ireland, Poppintree Environmental, Muck and Magic Community Garden, and the many individuals who donated seeds on the day. 

It was wonderful to see so many enthusiastic new gardeners starting out, as well as experienced growers and seed savers sharing their knowledge and seeds. We even had photos shared of seeds sprouted last year from Seed Swap sunflowers! 

By swapping seeds, we’re not only encouraging biodiversity and sustainable agriculture, but also building stronger communities.
