This International Day of Food Loss and Waste, we wanted to share the great work of our fantastic café team, creating more than just delicious coffee.

At the Boiler House Café, you can enjoy Fairtrade tea and coffee and homemade treats, while supporting people and planet.

We prioritise:
-Local food
-Sustainability
-Zero waste ethos

Any leftover food is composted onsite to nourish our plants.

We believe that no good food should go to waste, so we’ve also partnered with Food Cloud and Nan’s Centra Ballymun to source surplus food for our menu.
