Introducing Averil, an education expert with over 15 years of experience working with NGOs and government organisations, dedicated to community development, collaboration and advocacy. Averil enjoys crafting workshops for all ages, from two to 92, with a passion for making learning fun and relevant. She’s a lifelong learner herself, with additional studies in horticulture and permaculture design.
As an accomplished entrepreneur, she’s driven to support small businesses and foster innovation. Recently, Averil earned a professional diploma in innovation for sustainability from UCD, sharpening her design thinking skills for sustainable solutions. Beyond her work, she’s a nature enthusiast, busy tending her garden with a new tiny pond that’s attracting a variety of creatures, from dragonflies to pond skaters.
