Ciaran Kinsella
Facilities Officer
This is Ciaran Kinsella, facilities officer with Rediscovery Centre since 2019. Ciaran enables the operation, maintenance and safety of the building, grounds and services. He also supports event management and landscaping and food production within the garden. Ciaran has a background in retail but has always sought to enhance his technical skills. That’s why he trained as a welder which in turn helped to hone his DIY and carpentry skills.
Ciaran is a proud volunteer member of Ballymun Tidy Town for the past three years. He uses his technical skills in his free time as well, with a keen interest in constructing scale models of cars and planes, and using salvaged components to create props and costumes, which he can be found showcasing at comic con. Ciaran also takes great pride in the cultivation of an array of vegetables within both his personal garden as well as at the centre.
