Eibhlin FitzPatrick
Community Training & Outreach Facilitator
Eibhlin joined the team in April 2024, and is passionate about making the circular economy accessible and meaningful in communities across Ireland.
As Community Training and Outreach Facilitator, she works directly with groups to explore how circular practices are being integrated into everyday life in practical and empowering ways. With a degree in Social Science and a diploma in Business Sustainability, Eibhlin brings a strong social and environmental focus to her work.
Before joining the Rediscovery Centre, she founded The Refill Mill, a zero-waste refill shop in Mullingar, which sparked her deep commitment to community-led circular economy work. Outside of the office, Eibhlin is active on the Mullingar Pride Committee, where she helps organise inclusive social events for adults. She also enjoys reading and spending time outdoors whenever she can.
